Meet the ONAC staff…
I work closely with the Board of Directors and committees to achieve organizational goals.
Mr. Parker provides organizational support and management of the day to day operations for the Oregon Native American Chamber.
He is also the owner and President of J. Alan Enterprises, LLC. I am an innovative business owner with 15+ years of experience within the information Technology industry and the skills to drive business growth, capitalize on new revenue potential, and manage all aspects of daily business operations. His expertise in client relations and needs assessment, pricing strategies, marketing, contract management and administration.
His clients include tribes, government agencies, tribal organizations, and small business across the northwest.
Amber will be conducting intake of our members and will be working alongside the Inclusive Business Resource Network through Prosper Portland. The Network is a citywide program that leverages the power of a partnership network committed to increasing the success of women and minority businesses.
Amber has a bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship and has demonstrated experience working within Tribal administrative offices and with Tribal youth ages 8-18. Amber is a 2017 graduate from the Oregon LEAD cohort for leadership development from Native American Youth & Family Services (NAYA). She is a Coquille Tribal member and looks forward to serving Oregon’s Native entrepreneurial network.
