Come Join the Native American Culture Club of Clark College as they celebrate the interconectedness of all Indigenous Cultures!

We have two special days to share with you! All of which are completely free!

Thursday, May 17th Schedule: Gaiser Student Center

1:00pm- Screening of “The Promised Land”
A film featuring the shared struggle of the Chinook and Duwamish Indian Nations who are still waiting for federal recognition. Discussion panel to follow with tribal members and film makers.

5-8pm Community Meal being served to all attendees.

4:00pm – 10:00pm 
A variety of Indigenous Cultural Groups sharing their songs and dances with us! Look for the Thursday Schedule in the discussion!

Friday, May 18th – PUB161

10:00am – 5:00pm Indigenous Paths to Health and Healing

Join us as we explore Indigenous concepts of health and healing. We will have resource tables, talking circles, a hands on herbal sprays workshop, and guest speakers to talk with us about a wide variety of ways to become healthy and stay that way!

We will be providing refreshments throughout the day!

Please note: The workshop is limited to the first 30 participants, though observers are welcome to join us.
