ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE, PORTLAND OFFICE

The Accounting Associate is responsible for timely and accurate processing of invoices and expenses to ensure payments, posting cash and check donations to general ledger, and entry of all miscellaneous accounts receivable transactions, including non-cash donation proceeds. FACILITIES MANAGER, PORTLAND OFFICE

The Facilities Manager is responsible for management of OCF’s headquarters and regional office facilities, supervision of Operations Department administrative staff serving departments across the foundation, and selected duties in support of other members of the management team of OCF. Office management responsibilities include the coordination and maintenance of highly functional facilities including office space, furniture, equipment, business machines, security systems, and employee safety.
