MFS is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator for the Economic Empowerment program. Under the general supervision of the Program Manager, the IDA and Financial Coaching Coordinator is responsible for the operation of the Individual Development Account (IDA) Program and some select financial coaching services. Primary functions include coordination, facilitation and implementation of the IDA Program at MFS and providing financial coaching to IDA clients and other clients with a focus on credit building.
This position requires candidates who are fluent (read, write and speak) in Spanish. This position is full time (40 hours/week) and offers full benefits. Job#PCIDA0405
The salaries for these full time positions are $43,680 to $45,000 annually including full benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. The higher salary is provided to candidates who are fluent in Spanish.
