ONAC’s Student Academic Award Program is made possible by the generous support of our sponsors.
With the support of people and organizations like you, ONAC has awarded over $100,000 in scholarships to Native students over the past ten years. With an unwavering commitment to continue supporting our American Indian and Alaskan Native students, ONAC is seeking to increase our scholarship fund to better meet the needs of the students we serve.
Our 2022 Scholarship Fundraising Goal is $75,000.

The Impact of our Student Academic Awards in our Community
ONAC’s Student Academic Award (SA2) Program provides direct financial assistance to our American Indian and Alaskan Native students who seek to use their education as a means of service to their respective communities.
American Indian & Alaskan Native students face a unique set of challenges in gaining access to a college education and are one of the most underrepresented groups both in college and in the degree-holding population. ONAC is dedicated to improving Native American student access to higher education by reducing barriers and providing critical financial support.
Since 2012, with the generous support of our partners, ONAC has awarded over $100,000 in scholarships to Native students. Through our SA2 Awards, ONAC invests in American Indian & Alaskan Native students, throughout their academic career, to empower and support the individual and the community, to provide transformational change.
